MARNYS® Lavender Essential Oil BIO contains the chemotypes: linalool, acetate linalyle. Its colour and appearance range from yellow to light yellow, with a rustic and ethereal flavour, properties that favour food taste.

MARNYS® Lavender Essential Oil BIO is a food-grade oil and represents a good combination for Chamomile, Pennyroyal, Aniseed, Mint, Lemon Balm, Lime blossom and purple Passionflower teas. We can’t set aside that Lavender is part of one of the most popular aromatic herbal blends in French gastronomy: Herbes de Provence along with Rosemary, Thyme, Basil or Savory among others. Delight your palate with a special Honey and Lavender cake by adding just a few drops of its Essential Oil to the following ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt, powdered cinnamon, vegetable oil, honey, sugar and eggs; for the icing it’s possible to use the variant you like best by adding cheese, honey, fruits and nuts.
